If your product requires service, contact us. In order to do this use our Email Support and submit your message describing a problem.
If your product is still covered by the warranty, before you send your service request to us, please make sure you have read and understood the information on the Support page, especially the Crankpot Limited Warranty document.
Once received, we'll respond to your email and send you Individual Service Request Number (ISRN). We’ll do our best to solve the problem.

|Q. How do I find my Model Number?||A. Crankpot model numbers have a 14-digit designation containing 2 letters CP and 12 numbers and marks. The most of our products contain the designation inside - on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The model number of your product you can find also on Product Identification Card delivered with it. For more details and images check out the Specifications and the Picture sections of each product page.|
|Q. How do I find my serial number?||A. Most Crankpot serial numbers have a 6-digit designation containing 6 numbers placed inside of our products on the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). You can also find the serial number of your product on Product Identification Card delivered with it. |Q. Can Crankpot help me repair my product myself?||A. If your Cranpot product needs service, we suggest you contact us. In order to do this use our Email Support. Crankpot does not offer service or repair assistance or provide service manuals (schematics) at this time. Please note: choosing to repair or modify your product at any time during your warranty period voids the warranty.|
|Q. How can I get an owner’s manual for my Crankpot product?||A. You can download Cranpot product manuals as PDF files from the Downloads section of each product page. Printed hard copies of our manuals are not available at this time.|
